Shipping is free on all CoreT5 and WaveRider orders.

Delivery times will vary according to your selected delivery address. The average transit time is 15 business days.

1. Unopened box return policy  

For on-line purchase, within 14 calendar days from registered receipt (on the day the Customer receives the product) if for whatever reason/s, the Customer changes his/her mind to use the purchase unit, the product may be returned in its original packaging. It must be unopened.  The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. This amount will be off-set against the refund for the returned item.

2.  Used product return policy 

Once the packaging is opened, it shall be deemed that the purchased item has been activated. If within 14 calendar days from date of purchase/ registered receipt, for the refund to be effected, the product must be returned with its original packaging.

The returned item will be checked to verify for its authenticity and that is was not damaged. The customer will be contacted if there are any issues arising from our checks. Once the returned item passes our checks a refund of 70% of original purchase price for the product will be returned. The customer will bear the cost of returning the product. 

3.  Refund

If you have paid by PayPal , Credit or Debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.  Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the refund will be credited to your account.



The Waverider includes the manufacturer warranty. It carries a full twelve (12) months international limited warranty. 

It is essential for the Customer to register the warranty within 7 days of customer purchase. The distributor / agent can assist the Customer to register the warranty.

The 12 months product warranty for the WaveRider manufacturing defects will be effective from date of purchase. 

1. Within warranty period

All defects will be replaced except:

  • when a WaveRider unit is fitted with an incorrect voltage adaptor or transformer
  • the unit is operating without its protected shell encasement
  • when a device is plugged into an authorised power source that causes it to be damaged

The replacement WaveRider will be sent back, at no cost to the Customer.    

2. Expired warranty period

Any defects reported will be replaced at a cost to be agreed by the Customer. Payment will be made by the Customer and shall include the outbound and inbound shipping cost of the product.  The customer is responsible for the courier arrangement and shipping insurance must be in place prior to  shipping the return merchandise.
